Today’s early morning rainstorm cancelled my family’s yard sale, but I used the unexpected gift of time to reflect on how much I had accomplished this month.
Before June 1st officially rolls in Monday morning, I wanted to take stock of what might be on the horizon for the upcoming summer months.
I have a Harmony Wheel workshop coming up, “It Takes a Village to Raise a Child”. The agency invited me to to capitalize on their staff’s team building strategies. My favorite activity witin this session is a non-verbal challenge, and then the group debriefing afterwards. ( Have you ever seen groups of adults complete a timed task without talking? Especially when all of them are female!! ) I can’t wait to see people’s a-ha moments when they realize/recognize how each team member’s contributions are to the project’s end results.
If your group/agency/organization wants to contract with me for staff development opportunities, feel free to contact me. I am best known for designing informative, active, hands-on, training sessions that meet the unique needs of the individual or group.
For a list/decription of some of my workshop offerings, please check out my ABOUT PAGE.
Please take a moment to respond: What helps you create harmony in your life?
I hope you’ll visit this blog often so I can share the resources I’ve found helpful to help you create that balance.

As June’s sunshine leads the way into the work/school week,I am grateful for the extra time and sleep I got over the weekend.
Have you realized that when you can sneak in even 30 minutes of extra z’s for one or two nights, it heightens your concentration the following day, helps build up your immune system and gives you the chance to perhaps get up a bit earlier to tackle something that you need to reflect on/problem solve or pray about(before the rest of the family/gang/pet menagerie gets up).
How would you spend the extra gift of 30 minutes tomorrow morning?
